On 2nd of November 2015, the National Bank of Moldova puts into circulation as legal tender and for numismatic purpose, commemorative coin Grigore Vieru - 80 years since birth under Personalities coin series

On 3rd of November, Latvijas Banka issued a 2 euro commemorative coin to honour 30 years of the European Union flag. The coin is legal tender in the Republic of Latvia and all the euro area countries. Like any other piece of circulation money, this coin will be released via commercial banks, special points of sale and other enterprises.

On November 2, 2015 the National Bank of the Kyrgyz Republic issued into circulation the collection coin "Eurasian Economic Union", is issued within the framework of issuance of commemorative coins, devoted to the anniversary of the Eurasian Economic Union functioning, by the central (national) banks of the Eurasian Economic Union (EEU) member states.  

On October 22nd, 2015, the National Bank of Ukraine puts the "Scorpio (Little Scorpion)" commemorative silver coin of 2 hryvnia face value into circulation from coin series "Children’s Zodiac"

The Transnistria Republican Bank has put into circulation 100 roubles and 1 rouble coins "St. Nicholas Cathedral in Tiraspol" from Orthodox temples Transdniestria coin series. Coins are issued in circulation from October 15th 2015.

The National Bank of Kazakhstan has put into circulation 500 tenge gold and silver coins "Year of Monkey" from "Chinese horoscope. Oriental Calendar". Coins are issued in circulation on October 16th 2015.
