The contour map of Turkmenistan is depicted on the obverse of coin, in the upper part on the left there is the relief depiction of the UN emblem and on the right – the State Flag of Turkmenistan. There is the legend “Ashgabat”, the olive branch and the figure ‘15’ symbolizing the anniversary of neutrality of Turkmenistan in the lower part of the coins. As is known, the neutral status of Turkmenistan was adopted by the UN Resolution on December 12, 1995. There is the legend “Turkmenistanyn hemiselik Bitaraplygyna” (Permanent neutrality of Turkmenistan) placed above five national carpet patterns (gyol) in sequence and at the same distance one form another.
