The National Bank of Belarus on December 27th, 2010 will put into circulation new silver commemorative coins of the Orthodox Wonder–working Icons Series: “Icon of the Most Holy Theotokos of Minsk" and "Icon of the Most Holy Theotokos of Smolensk". Face value of the coins is 20 rubles, purity 925, weight 31.1 g.
Coins are rectangular, 30.00 x 45.00 mm, the edge is reeded.

Coins are minted at the B.H. Mayer’s Kunstprageanstalt GmbH, Karlsfeld (Germany). The quality of the coins is “proof”. Mintage of each coin is 7000 pcs.

The coin is a legal tender of Belarus for all debts, public and private without any restriction.
