The National Bank of Kazakhstan has put into circulation 50000 tenge gold coin "7th Asian Winter Games 2011" on January 27th, 2011.

Obverse: Face value of the coin "50000 ТЕҢГЕ"; metal and standard of coinage "Au 999"; weight "1000 gr";  year of coinage "2010";  trade mark of Kazakhstan Mint; image of Sun God framed with snowflake; name of the issuing country in Kazakhs "ҚАЗАҚСТАН РЕСПУБЛИКАСЫ" and in English "REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN".
Reverse: Logotype of 7th Asian Winter Games 2011 against background of stylized ice; ideograms of winter sport games; name of the event that coin is devoted in Kazakh "7ші ҚЫСҚЫ АЗИЯ ОЙЫНДАРЫ " and in English "7th ASIAN WINTER GAMES".
