New Belarus coins sailing ship "Cutty Sark"

The National Bank of Belarus on March 23rd, 2011 puts into circulation new silver and CuNi commemorative coins “Cutty Sark".

Face value of the silver coin is 20 rubles, purity 925, weight 28.28 g, diameter 38.61 mm, briliant uncirculated quality. Coin is made using hologram technology. Mintage 7000 pcs.
Face value of the CuNi coin is 1 ruble, weight 13.16 g, diameter 32 mm, briliant uncirculated quality.  Mintage 3000 pcs.

Obverse of the coin: at the top – the relief of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus and inscription "РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ" (REPUBLIC OF BELARUS); in the center at the background of navigation sea chart the stylized image of wind rose with raised hologram; beneath – face value "20 РУБЛЁЎ" (20 ROUBLES) – on silver coin and "1 РУБЕЛЬ" (1 ROUBLE) – on copper–nickel coin; on the right - year of issue, (on silver coin – alloy standard and corporate (commercial) mark of Mint of Poland.

Reverse of the coin: In the centre - an image of Cutty Sark with a sea skyline in the background. Below it a miniature of the ship (side view). On the right side - the inscription: Cutty Sark.

Coins are minted at  the Mint of Poland.
