The coin is dedicated to the 20th Anniversary since the foundation of the first bank in Trans-Dniester Republic – Agroprombank.

Obverse: 
In the center – the national Emblem of Dniester Moldavian Republic. The inscriptions along the rim – on the top: “ПРИДНЕСТРОВСКИЙ РЕСПУБЛИКАНСКИЙ БАНК” (Trans-Dniester Republican Bank); at the bottom – “20 РУБЛЕЙ” (20 rubles). At the bottom under the Emblem – the year of issue – “2011”.
Reverse: 
Inside a coin in modern style there is another coin embossed – antique stylized with the image of a statue of a Greek goddess of peace with his son. Below the statue – the inscription “1991”. At the top from the left to the right – the inscription: “20 ЛЕТ ПЕРВОМУ БАНКУ ПРИДНЕСТРОВЬЯ” (20 years of the first bank in Trans-Dniester Republic). At the bottom of the modern coin –gilded logo of the bank.
