Decoration in the shape of tiger head, one of the things on the belt of Golden man dress. Gold. Issyk mound. Almatinskaya oblast. End of VI c. – beginning of III c. B.C.
The coin is made in the shape of dodecahedron.
Images and legends are relief.
Lateral surface is smooth without corrugation and inscriptions.

Obverse: two-line inscription of the fase value "500 ТЕҢГЕ", Kazakhstan Mint trademark, image of four galloping horsemen, vertical inscription "Ag 925 31,1gr." i.e. metal, fineness and weight of the coin. Along the perimeter of the coin wide edging the name of the issuing bank in Kazakh "ҚАЗАҚСТАН РЕСПУБЛИКАСЫ" and in English "REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN" divided by dots.
Reverse: 
Reverse: gilded image of decoration in the shape of tiger head with heraldic image of spring in the center. The name of the coin in Kazakh (ЖОЛБАРЫСТЫҢ БАСЫ) and in English (THE HEAD OF TIGER) to the left and to the right of the image . Along the perimeter of the coin wide edging the name of the series in Kazakh "КӨШПЕНДІЛЕР АЛТЫНЫ" and in English "THE GOLD OF NOMADS" with year of coinage 2005 divided by dots.
