Date of issue: November 7, 2006. Tulipa Regelii is an endemic of Kazakhstan. This flower can be found only in Chu-Ili Mountains (west part of Almaty oblast and east part of Zhambyl oblast) on stony and rocky slopes, and quite often on naked black rocks. This is the most exceptional flower of Kazakh tulips, on the surface of amplexicaule elliptic leaf there are many lengthwise ctenoid shoots. Images and inscription are relief.
