Reverse of the coin: The Arms of the Ministry of internal Affairs PMR, at the left and on the right Arms are framed by leaves; under the arms on a fluttering flag an inscription «20 ЛЕТ» (20 YEARS); on a circle of an inscription: above «МИНИСТЕРСТВО ВНУТРЕННИХ ДЕЛ» (THE MINISTRY OF INTERNAL AFFAIRS), below "«1991-2011".
