60th anniversary of Victory
Date of issue: 16 April 2005. Edge: 10 sectors of corrugation. Coin devoted to the 60th anniversary of Victory in the Great Patriotic War between 1941-1945.
Obverse:
On the face of the coin (averse), on its upper side the state emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan is located and under it there is a two-line inscription "50 ТЕҢГЕ". From the right and left side of the denomination there is the element of national ornament. On the circumference there is the legend "ҚАЗАҚСТАН YЛТТЫҚ БАНКI" (National Bank of Kazakhstan).
Reverse:
On the back side of the coin, on its central part there is an image of Patriotic War Order against a background of moire ribbon. On the upper part there is an inscription "ҰЛЫ ЖЕҢІСКЕ 60 ЖЫЛ" in Kazakh language (60 years of the Great Victory), on the lower part there is the same inscription in Russian "60 ЛЕТ ВЕЛИКОЙ ПОБЕДЫ", and figures "1945-2005" indicates the year of the Victory in the Great Patriotic War and the year of coinage.
