The National Bank of Kazakhstan has put into circulation 500 tenge silver coin "Elk. Plaque" from “Gold of Nomads” series on November 23rd, 2012.

Averse: face value of the coin "500 ТЕҢГЕ"; the trademark of Kazakhstan Mint; the image of four galloping horsemen; "Ag 925 31,1gr." means metal, standard of coinage and weight; two inscriptions "ҚАЗАҚСТАН РЕСПУБЛИКАСЫ" and "REPUBLIC OF KAZAKHSTAN".

Reverse: the gilded image of the element overlays on the sheath knife, made in the form of lying elk; the name of the coin in Kazakh «БҰЛАН. БАСТЫРМА» and in english «ELK. Plaque»; the heraldic spiral; two legends "КӨШПЕНДІЛЕР АЛТЫНЫ" and "THE GOLD OF NOMADS"; “2012” means the year of coinage.

Images and legends are relief. Lateral surface is smooth without corrugation and inscriptions.
