The National Bank of Belarus on December 28th, 2012 puts into circulation new silver and copper-nickel commemorative coins “The 2014 World Ice Hockey Championship. Minsk-Arena”:

Silver coin – face value 20 rubles, purity 925, weight 33.63 g, diameter 38.61 mm;
CuNi coin - face value 1 ruble, weight 13.16 g, diameter 32.00 mm. Coins are round, the edge is reeded.

Coins are minted at the Mint of Poland. The quality is: Ag coin – proof, CuNi coin – proof-like. Mintage: 5000 each. These coins are a legal tender of Belarus for all debts, public and private without any restriction.
