On 22 March 2013 the Bank of Abkhazia issues the gold commemorative coins “Dranda Assumption Cathedral”, “Pitsunda St. Andrew the First-called Cathedral”, “Lykhni Assumption Temple”, “Myku Assumption Cathedral”, “Novij Afon St. Simon Kanananios Temple”, “Bedia St. Virgin Maria Cathedral”, “Elyr St George Temple” in denomination of 50 apsars of the series “Historical monuments of Abkhazia”.

The gold coins of 50 apsars (fine precious metal content 15.55 gramms), fineness 999, “Dranda Assumption Cathedral”, “Pitsunda St. Andrew the First-called Cathedral”, “Lykhni Assumption Temple”, “Myku Assumption Cathedral”, “Novij Afon St. Simon Kanananios Temple”, “Bedia St. Virgin Maria Cathedral”, “Elyr St George Temple” catalogue of the series “Historical monuments of Abkhazia” 30 mm diameter.

On obverse and reverse sides of the coins there is a rim raised along the circumference.
