The National Bank of Kazakhstan has put into circulation 50 tenge coins "Aldar-Kose" from Tales of the People of Kazakhstan coin series. Coins issued in circulation on 3rd of July 2013.

Face value: 50 tenge;

Diameter – 31 mm, thickness – 2 mm, weight – 11,17 gram;

Averse: State Emblem of Kazakhstan against ornamental background; face value of the coin "50 ТЕҢГЕ"; official emblem of Eurasian Economic Community member states at the upper sector, elements of national ornamental design to the left and right from the center, two legends in Kazakh "ҚАЗАҚСТАН РЕСПУБЛИКАСЫ" and in Russian "РЕСПУБЛИКА КАЗАХСТАН".

Reverse: Conventionalized image of the main character of the fairy tale Aldar-Kose on donkey back with his dog (fragment of an illustration of M. Alin); name of the coin in Kazakh «Алдар-Көсе» to the left, trade mark of Kazakhstan Mint, year of issue «2013», logo of National Bank of Kazakhstan at the lower sector.

The lateral surface (drove) is grooved;
