The coin was minted at the state enterprise Lithuanian Mint.
The obverse of the coins features a stylized Vytis (the state emblem) with the inscriptions LIETUVA (Lithuania) and 2 LITAI (2 litas) arranged in a semicircle. The mintmark of the Lithuanian Mint is impressed on the obverse of the coin.
The reverse of the four coins features a creation of nature or man in the centre, the respective inscription PUNTUKAS (PUNTUKAS STONE), STELMUŽĖS AŽUOLAS (STELMUŽĖ OAK), KURĖNAS (KURENKAHN) or VERPSTĖ (DISTAFF) above it, and the year of issue 2013 at the bottom.
