National Bank of Kazakhstan has released "Whooper swan (Cygnus Cygnus)", commemorative coin made of proof-quality silver of 100 tenge. Coin issued under "Fauna and Flora of Kazakhstan" coins series. The coin is made in the shape of oval.

Commemorative coins «CYGNUS CYGNUS» are made according with Agreement on issue and distribution of coins between the National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan, the Mint of Poland and Kazakhstan mint. The coin has an oval shape.

Obverse:  the coat of arms of the Republic of Kazakhstan; an inscription «Ag 925 24 g.» means metal, standard of coinage and mass; an image of two national ornamental elements; an inscription «100 ТЕҢГЕ» means face value trade mark of Kazakhstan Mint; and inscription «ТЕҢГЕ» at lower sector; an element of national ornament secularly represented at the left and the right sector; inscriptions «ҚАЗАҚСТАН РЕСПУБЛИКАСЫ» in Kazakh and «РЕСПУБЛИКА КАЗАХСТАН»  in Russian along the circumference.

Reverse: characters of the Ukrainian national fairy tale «Sirco»; an inscription «СIРКО» in Ukrainian; number «2014» means year of coinage and trade mark of Kazakhstan Mint; an inscription «Ag 925 24 g.» means metal, standard of coinage and mass; inscriptions «СҰҢҚЫЛДАҚ АҚҚУ» in Kazakh and «CYGNUS CYGNUS» in Latin – zoological name.

Lateral face is grooved.
