The National Bank of Belarus on December 29th, 2014 puts into circulation new CuNi commemorative coin “Square-stemmed St. John’s-wort" under the Revived Plants coin series.
Face value of the CuNi coin is 1 ruble, weight 13.16 g, diameter 32 mm, proof-like quality. Mintage 2.000 pcs.
Coin is minted at The Kazakhstan mint of NB RK, Ust–Kamenogorsk.

The coin is round in shape with a raised rim on the obverse and the reverse. The edge of the coin is reeded.
The obverse has: at the top – the relief image of the State Coat of Arms of the Republic of Belarus, and a circumferential inscription: РЭСПУБЛIКА БЕЛАРУСЬ (THE REPUBLIC OF BELARUS); in the center within the inner circle – ornamental composition in the form of a flower with four petals, on which the plants included in this series are depicted; beneath – denomination: 1 РУБЕЛЬ (1 RUBLE); on the left-handed side – the year of issue.
The reverse has: in the center – the relief ornamental image of the square-stemmed St. John’s wort, on the right-handed and the left-handed sides the fragments of this plant’s stem with its distinctive features are depicted in enlarged view; circumferential inscriptions: at the top – HYPERICUM TETRAPTERUM, on the bottom – СВЯТАЯННІК ЧАТЫРОХКРЫЛЫ (SQUARE-STEMMED ST. JOHN’S WORT).
