These images depict scenes of life of St. Sergius of Radonezh (the birth of St. Sergius of Radonezh, the epiphany of a venerable old man to young Bartholomew, the blessing of parents, enthronement of Sergius of Radonezh as deacon and priest, creation of a source from the ground, the blessing of Prince Dmitry Donskoy (stamp performed by pad printing), the epiphany of the Virgin to Sergius of Radonezh, the burial of St. Sergius of Radonezh); at the bottom of the coin there are inscriptions along the rim: on the right - fineness and the year of issue, on the left - face value “5000 РУБЛЁЎ” (5000 rubles).
