New Kazakhstan coin 100th anniversary of Ermukhan Bekmahanov

National Bank of Kazakhstan has released 50 tenge nickel silver commemorative coin "100th anniversary of Ermukhan Bekmahanov" under People coin series on December 25th 2015.
Ermukhan Bekmakhanov is a scientist, the historian of Kazakhstan, the corresponding member of Academy of Sciences of KAZSSR and the author of the first "History of Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic" textbook.
50 tenge nickel silver coin.
Face value: 50 tenge;
Diameter – 31 mm, thickness – 2 mm, weight – 11,17 gram;
Mintage: 100 000 pcs.
Obverse:
On the top is an image of the Emblem of the Republic of Kazakhstan, framed by an eight-pointed star rotated five times, and a "ҚАЗАҚСТАН ҰЛТТЫҚ БАНКІ" inscription in the state language; at the bottom is the "50 ТЕҢГЕ" inscription indicating the denomination of the coin; an element of national ornament at left and right side from the face value; of face value the is represented; inscription «ҚАЗАҚСТАН ҰЛТТЫҚ БАНКІ» along the circumference.
Reverse:
An image of the scientist and the historian of Kazakhstan; inscription «ЕРМҰХАН БЕКМАХАНОВ»; inscription «100 ЖЫЛ», his facsimile and year of coinage.
