It is devoted to honoring the courage and heroism of the defenders of the Donetsk airport - `` cyborgs`` who defended it for 242 days, which became a symbol of a selfless struggle for the territorial integrity of Ukraine.

On the reverse of the coin there is a stylized composition depicting the defender of the airport against the background of a dilapidated tower over which the Ukrainian flag flies; to the right - bullet fittings with vertical inscriptions: KIBORGY
