The National Bank of Kyrgyzstan Republic has put into circulation CuNi commemorative coins "Chingiz Aitmatov - 90 years" from Historical events coin series on October 29th, 2018.

The work of Ch. Aitmatov is an invaluable spiritual wealth of the Kyrgyz people. His works have become an indispensable part of the process of education and building of the society. They are a part of the school and university programs in many world countries.  Chingiz Aitmatov will forever remain in the memory and hearts of the people as great writer who revealed the originality and rich history of the Kyrgyz people to the whole world.
