The Central Bank of Azerbaijan Republic has put into circulaition two commemorative coins –gold and silver - dedicated to 85th anniversary of Nakhchivan Autonomy Republic. 

Commemorative coins were released in connection with 85th jubilee of establishment of Nakhchivan Autonomy Republic, which has important role in ancient history of Azerbaijan, wealth culture and development of Azerbaijan statehood.

Gold coin: face value 100 manat, diameter 37.00 mm, weight 31.107 g, purity 999.9, mintage 500.

Silver coin: face value 5 manat, diameter 37.00 mm, weight 31.107 g, purity 999, mintage 1000.

Commemorative coins were minted according to high international standards in the “Austrian Mint”.  Commemorative coin on its nominal is legal means of payment on the territory of Azerbaijan Republic.
