Obverse: 
the image of the State Emblem of PMR (Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika) is in the centre , a circling inscription “ПРИДНЕСТРОВСКИЙ РЕСПУБЛИКАНСКИЙ БАНК” (Pridnestrovskii Respublikanskii Bank) in Cyrillic is above the image. A circling inscription "100 РУБЛЕЙ" (100 rubles) is at the bottom. and an inscription “2002” indicating the mint year is under the image.
Reverse: 
an image of a logotype Pridnestrovskii Respublikanskii Bank of the  consisting of three stylized letters “ПРБ” painted in gold (indicating the short form for Pridnestrovskii Respublikanskii Bank in Cyrillic) is in the centre. The logotype is set in a frame of wreath , the right part of which is of laurel, the left part is of oak. The wreath is banded with a ribbon . Above the logotype there is a circling inscription "1992” indicating the year the Bank was established.
