Obverse: 
in the centre of the coin there is an image of State Emblem    Pridnestrovskaia Moldavskaia Respublika with a circular inscription in Cyrillic "ПРИДНЕСТРОВСКИЙ РЕСПУБЛИКАНСКИЙ БАНК" (Trans-Dniestrian Republican Bank) around the image along the edging and an inscription "100 РУБЛЕЙ" (100 RUBLES) indicating the face value of the coin is at the bottom.. The mint year “2006 “ is above the inscription “100 RUBLES”.
Reverse: 
an image of the Stamp of Faithful Black Sea Cossacks is in the centre of the coin struck as the gold insert with fineness 999/1000. In the centre of the stamp there is an image of an armed Cossack holding a banner of Cossack  troops. A circling inscription  "ПЕЧАТЬ КОША ВОИСКА ВЕРНЫХЪ КАЗАКОВЪ ЧЕРНОМОРСКИХЪ" (Stamp of Faithful Black Sea Cossack Army) in Russian is all along the edging.
