General-anchief P.Panin

General Count Petr Ivanovich Panin (Russian: Пётр Ива́нович Па́нин) (1721 – April 26, 1789), younger brother of Nikita Ivanovich Panin, fought with distinction in the Seven Years' War and in the Russo-Turkish War of 1768–1774, capturing Bender on September 26, 1770. In 1773–1775 he participated in suppressing Pugachev's rebellion. He died in Moscow, as the senior General of the Russian Army. He is a father of Nikita Petrovich Panin.

On a circle: above inscription "генерал-аншеф ПАНИН П.И." (General-anchief Panin P.I.), on the right - years of life "1721-1789". A circling inscription  "РОССИЯ В ИСТОРИИ ПРИДНЕСТРОВЬЯ" (Russia in the history of Trans-Dniester region) in Russian on the stylized ribbon is at the bottom along the edging.
