The Bank of Latvia issued a silver collector coin "Declaration of Independence". The graphic design has been made by artist Ilmars Blumbergs while plaster model  has been made by Ligita Franckeviča Ulmane.

Face value of the coin is 1 lats, purity 925, weight 31.47 g, diameter 38.61 mm. Mintage: 7000 Coins is minted at  Rahapaja Oy (Finland).
