Jubilee coin is dedicated to the central bank of Ukraine, the only issuing centre of the state, carrying out consistent monetary policy and securing the efficient functioning of the state banking system and stability of the national monetary unit, Hryvnia. In circulation since March 29, 2001.

Obverse: 
On the coin obverse between two ornamental slits there is the Small State Emblem of Ukraine and the four line inscription: УКРАЇНА, 2001, 10, ГРИВЕНЬ, as well as Ag 925, the metal designation and 31,1, its weight and the depiction of the Mint logo of the National Bank of Ukraine.
Reverse: 
On the coin reverse there is the facade depiction of the bank capital building (architects: O.Kobelev and O.Verbytskiy) above which the logo of the National Bank of Ukraine is depicted and the circular inscription: НАЦІОНАЛЬНИЙ БАНК УКРАЇНИ and beneath, in two lines: 10 РОКІВ.
