The National Bank of Kazakhstan has put into circulation 50 and 500 tenge coins named "Otag koteru (making the yurt)". Coins are from "Customs, national games of Kazakhstan" series. Coins issued in circulation on August 5th 2010.

50 tenge CuNi coin.
Face value: 50 tenge;

Diameter – 31 mm, thickness – 2 mm, weight – 11,17 gram;

The lateral surface (drove) is grooved with 10 sectors of corrugation;

Mintage: 50000 pcs.

500 tenge silver coin.
Face value: 500 tenge;

Quality: proof, metal - silver 0.925;

Diameter – 38.61 mm, weight – 31,1 gram;

Mintage: 5000 pcs.
