Panas Saksahanskyi

Dedicated to the outstanding Ukrainian actor, director, playwright, teacher, one of the leaders of the Ukrainian household theater - Saksagansk (Tobilevich) Panas Karpovich. In his creative life, Panas Karpovich created a whole gallery of stage images of comedy and dramatic repertoire, which became classical examples of acting techniques and techniques of reincarnation: Kopach ("One Hundred Thousand" by I. Karpenko-Karyi), Golokhvosty ("For Two Hares" by M. Staritsky) , Karas (Zaporozhetsy after the Danube, S. Hulak-Artemovsky), Vozny, Vybornyi ("Natalya Poltavka" by I. Kotlyarevsky) and many others. Panas Saksagansky is known not only as an actor, but also as a talented director who started the system of preliminary work on the role. The author of the Comedians "The Hypocrites" (1908), "Shantrapa" (1913).
