The National Bank of Ukraine has put into circulation 5 hryvnen "75 years to Mykolaiv Oblast" coin on November 29th, 2012.

Face value of new "75 years to Mykolaiv Oblast" coin is 5 hryven, bimetal, weight 9.4 g, diameter 28 mm, proof quality. Mintagage 15 000 pcs. Coin is minted at the Mint of National Bank of Ukraine.

On 4 December, the Bank of Latvia will issue a new 1-lats circulation coin with Christmas bells featured on the reverse. It is legal tender in the Republic of Latvia. The coins will be circulated in the same way as any other circulation money, reaching commercial and other enterprises as well as population through banks.

The coin has been designed by artist Holgers Elers and modelled by sculptor Laura Medne. The new 1-lats coins were struck at the German mint Staatliche Münze Baden-Württemberg.

The Bank of Lithuania issued into circulation 2 litas coins dedicated to the Lithuanian resorts on 4th of December. Coins issued under Lithuanian resorts coin series. The four Lithuanian resorts are being featured on collector (commemorative) coins for the first time.

The National Bank of Kazakhstan has put into circulation 500 tenge silver coin "Elk. Plaque" from “Gold of Nomads” series on November 23rd, 2012.

The National Bank of Ukraine issued nickel silver and silver coins “Synagogue in Zhovkva” on November 22nd 2012 under Architectural monuments of Ukraine coin series.

On October 1st, 2012 the Bank of Abkhazia issues into circulation the silver commemorative coin "20 years of liberation of the town of Gagra" of 10 apsars denomination of the series «The Patriotic War of the Abkhaz Nation 1992-1993».

Within the framework of the "Art of Fighting" International Numismatic Program, Armenia's Central Bank issued "Karate" and "Kokh" commemorative silver coins.
